A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Acquisition Executive to promote bank credit card products at events and generate leads. Candidates should be fresh graduates or holders of a diploma/degree, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess sales experience. Qualifications

• Able to work during retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank credit card products at events/roadshows.
• Provide advice on credit requirements and card features.
• Develop new customer base and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Verify customer documents for card applications.
• Provide after-sales service to card members.

Responsibility

• Actively promotes and sells bank credit cards products at events/roadshows nationwide and generates new leads for acquisition purposes.
• Provides professional advice on credit requirements, products features and benefits of credit cards.
• Develops and expands on new customer base and cards deals through referrals provided to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Verifies customer documents for cards application and ensure complete submission of documents.
• Provides after-sales-service to card members in matters relating to the cards as and when necessary and ensure timely response to customer request or complaints.
• Sales commission will be given on top of the salary range
