Job Description:
Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years related experience, or a Master's degree with up to two years of experience.
  • 1-2 years related experience in telephone support in a service or end-user support environment.
  • Proficient in English verbal & written communication supporting Australia and New Zealand customers and channel partners.
  • Active listening, clear articulation, and effective written communication skills are required.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relations.
  • Demonstrated customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of operating systems software.
  • Effective writing and correspondence skills.
  • Presentation skills and understanding of legal aspects in Customer Relations, such as consumer rights and warranty responsibilities.
