This position is responsible for the operations of specific programs assigned to you, ensuring the delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform periodic cycle counts of cargo stored in the warehouse and report discrepancies.
  2. Handle customer complaints regarding inventory.
  3. Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
  4. Perform stock movements and updates in WMS.
  5. Communicate and update customers via email daily.
  6. Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as needed.
  7. Complete and submit inventory reports, damage reports, rework reports, etc., to customers promptly.
  8. Supervise a group of agency workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  9. Organize and delegate tasks among team members daily.
  10. Support warehouse senior executives in implementing initiatives to meet warehouse goals, strategies, and policies.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and take necessary actions to uphold conditions.
  12. Report unsafe activities within the warehouse to your supervisor.
  13. Perform other duties as required.
  14. Coordinate with customers, external parties, and Customs Department.
  15. Manage a team of Stock Card Coordinators and maintain accurate records.
  16. Guide and advise coordinators on necessary actions.
  17. Support customers with ad-hoc requests related to Stock Card Management.
  18. Ensure all customs documentation complies with requirements.
  19. Provide necessary information to the customer service team as agreed with customers.
  20. Resolve Stock Card issues with internal teams, customs, external parties, or customers.
  21. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  22. Drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions, preparing IR/CA reports.
  23. Submit reports timely to management and customers after vetting and validation.
  24. Plan and allocate resources to ensure operational efficiency.
