Job description

This position is responsible for the operations of specific programs assigned to you, ensuring the delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.

  1. Perform periodic cycle counts of cargo stored in the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
  2. Handle customer complaints regarding inventory.
  3. Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
  4. Perform stock movement and updates in WMS.
  5. Communicate and update customers via email daily.
  6. Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as needed.
  7. Complete all required documentation such as inventory reports, damage reports, rework reports, and submit them timely to customers.
  8. Supervise a group of agency workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  9. Organize team members and delegate tasks daily.
  10. Support warehouse senior executives in implementing initiatives to meet warehouse goals, strategies, and policies.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area and take necessary actions to uphold conditions.
  12. Report unsafe activities within the warehouse to your immediate superior.
  13. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • STPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including via email.
  • Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and provide solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Management skills for people management, planning, and organization.
