Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or other equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary and/or secondary education.
• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Able to use educational technology and software to create engaging learning experiences.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary and secondary students in line with the curriculum.
• Provide individualized attention and tailored instruction to meet students' learning needs.
• Monitor and assess students' academic progress with feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center.
