Job Requirements :

• Willing to cover outlet, preferably with own transport
• Willing to work extra hours
• Willing to work rotational shifts with one off day per week
• Willing to handle alcohol
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in retail or food service management, supervising staff and managing store operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in cash management, staff training, beverage and food preparation, and inventory control
