Job summary

Affin Bank Berhad is seeking a senior leader to partner the CEO in building and scaling Yayasan AFFIN as a high-impact CSR arm. You will set strategic direction, establish governance, and drive donation solicitation with measurable impact.

In a lean environment, you will develop sustainable programmes, manage internal and external stakeholders including NGOs and regulators, and prepare board-ready reports to support governance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Sustainability or related field.
• 6–10 years in strategic or project roles, sustainability, or NGO management.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in lean environments.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and regulatory requirements including SSM.

Responsibilities

• Shape Yayasan AFFIN’s strategic direction into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end donation solicitation and reporting.
• Develop CSR roadmap with KPIs, impact measurement and transparency.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to drive high impact.
• Prepare board papers and governance reports.
