Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking a CSR coordinator to plan and manage Allianz4Good initiatives across the CSR pillars, ensuring alignment with governance and reporting requirements. You will coordinate budgets, monitor progress, plan events and collaborate with NGOs and social enterprises, while maintaining records, producing newsletters and updates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, resourceful and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good project management and team work.
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan Allianz4Good CSR Initiatives and coordinate related activities.
• Budget plan, tracking and monitoring of CSR projects.
• Event planning, coordination and implementation of Allianz4Good programmes.
• Monitoring and evaluation of projects under CSR pillars.
• Maintain records and reporting; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Content writing for newsletters, social media, press releases and annual reporting.
• Public relations and effective coordination of volunteer activities and trainings.
• Assist in administration tasks for CSR project rollout and governance considerations.
