Job summary

A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Calibration Engineer to conduct instrument calibration and repairs. The role involves preparing failure analysis reports, investigating quality problems, and performing reliability testing to ensure product standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in calibration or testing laboratory environment.
  • Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements.
  • Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Kaizen Ladder is a plus.
  • Programming skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken required.

To check and investigate the cause of quality problems and propose necessary corrective and preventive measures with production collaboration. To support in customer audits, supplier quality management system audit and QMS development activities. To perform reliability testing to ensure product durability and performance standards. To carry out master crystal calibration for precise measurement and accuracy.
