Job summary

Turner & Townsend Malaysia seeks an experienced Civil/Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee CSA packages from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors and multi-disciplinary teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proven track record in industrial/manufacturing or data centre type projects, with a focus on QA, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works.
• Review design deliverables, technical specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage change requests, claims, variations, and package reporting.
• Support project commissioning, punch list closure, and project handover activities.
