Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from design through handover on major programmes. You will coordinate with clients, design consultants and contractors to ensure seamless delivery.

You will monitor progress, schedule, quality and safety, reviewing designs, specifications and methods, while driving risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works.
• Review design deliverables, technical specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage change requests, claims, variations, and package reporting.
• Support project commissioning, punch list closure, and project handover activities.
