We offer an extensive range of travel services, including cruises, to ensure our partners receive high-quality, unique travel experiences. The Cruise Operations Executive will be integral in managing cruise bookings, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining strong relationships with cruise lines and travel partners.

This is a full-time on-site role at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Cruise Bookings & Client Support: Manage end-to-end cruise reservations, including payments, changes, and customer inquiries.

Liaison with Cruise Partners: Coordinate with cruise lines for smooth operations and stay updated on products and promotions.

Documentation & Operations: Prepare booking documents, assist with check-ins, and handle operational matters.

Sales, Marketing & Events: Assist in cruise promotions, package development, identifying market trends, and attending relevant cruise travel fairs.

Reporting & Feedback: Maintain records, track performance, and recommend service improvements.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in cruise operations or travel sales.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge: Familiar with cruise itineraries and offerings.

Languages: Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
