Overview

Join the exciting world of cruise hospitality and tourism as a Cruise Hospitality And Tourism professional at ASIAN MARITIME EMPIRE'. This full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur will see you playing a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences to guests onboard our luxury cruise liners. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hospitality and tourism operations to ensure our guests have an unforgettable journey.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing all hospitality and tourism operations onboard, including front office, accommodation, food and beverage, and shore excursions
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing continuous improvements to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Developing and implementing training programs to upskill the hospitality and tourism teams
  • Forecasting and managing staffing requirements to meet fluctuating demand
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
  • Extensive experience in a senior hospitality or tourism management role, preferably within the cruise industry
