Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Penang is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality, from concept through implementation.

You will develop plans, schedules, budgets and governance, drive automation, manufacturing expansion, and NPI programs, monitor risk, and report progress to leadership while coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful implementation.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Facilities, IT, and external partners.
• Drive execution of automation projects, manufacturing expansion, NPI, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Track key metrics, financial performance, resource utilization, and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making to remove barriers.
• Establish governance processes, documentation standards, and best practices for program management.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and readiness.
