Responsibilities:

1. CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management
• Drive My7E app downloads and improve CLV through effective customer segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and personalized journeys.
• Develop, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns using CRM tools and platforms across SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app.
• Design and manage customer onboarding, upsell, retention, and win-back strategies.
• Build A/B and multivariate testing strategies to fine-tune messaging and engagement flows.
• Manage CRM budgets, including loyalty point utilization and campaign cost control.
• Collaborate with Brand, Merchandising, Fresh Food, and Operations teams to align campaign messaging with commercial priorities.

2. My7E App Engagement & Project Management
• Lead all My7E app engagement campaigns, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
• Propose UI/UX enhancements to improve conversion rates (CR) and user experience.
• Manage My7E platform functionalities, business-as-usual changes, and ensure timely UAT and issue resolution with internal IT and vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison for CRM and app-related vendors, including management of renewals, platform updates, and service performance.
• Support customer troubleshooting efforts and escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT and development teams.

3. Data Analytics & Insights
• Develop dashboards and reports for My7E campaigns, promos, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to interpret customer behavior and translate data into actionable campaign improvements.
• Analyze CRM campaign outcomes and app usage trends to refine retention and engagement strategies.
• Present campaign results and key metrics to internal stakeholders for business planning.

4 . Performance & Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute always-on and campaign-based digital marketing across search, social, and display platforms.
• Optimize digital ad performance through regular tracking of ROAS, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure proper tracking and attribution of digital campaigns across online touchpoints.
• Improve SEO/SEM performance to increase My7E app visibility and customer acquisition.
• Serve as the internal expert for digital performance, tracking best practices, media mix, and KPI reporting.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Execution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Brand, Merchandising, Fresh Food, Customer Care, and IT to execute integrated campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, UAT test, and deploy CRM and digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support retention strategies through campaign collaborations, bundling, and cross-promotion activities.
• Ensure digital campaigns are aligned with in-store promotions for a unified omnichannel experience.

6. Task & Workflow Management
• Maintain trackers for campaigns, CRM change requests, and issue logs.
• Lead weekly meetings with IT and development teams to review app and CRM progress.
• Support Customer Care and Operations in resolving customer-reported issues related to the My7E app.
•Manage CRM-related budgets and documentation including PR/PO processing.
• Lead vendor relationship management for all CRM and digital tools/platforms.

Requirements & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or e-commerce.
• Proficient in CRM and digital platforms (e.g., email/SMS push tools, digital ad platforms, analytics dashboards).
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Solid project and stakeholder management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with app-based marketing and user experience optimization is a plus.
