JOB SUMMARY:
This role focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships and effective customer relationship management. The candidate will identify and build partnerships with external brands, manage and analyze partnership performance, and stay current with industry trends. Simultaneously, they will lead CRM initiatives to improve member retention, drive new member acquisition, and create data-driven marketing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to aligning partnership and CRM strategies with broader company goals.
