Your new role
We are looking for someone who is technically sound within CRM & loyalty and passionate about driving direct impact towards brand growth. We have a strong appetite to be a brand that is loud, engaging, relevant to the modern generation and serve them better
- Define, develop and drive the execution of all CRM strategies across retention, acquisition and engagement campaigns by working closely with your direct reporting and external CRM agencies across different touchpoints (SMS, email, push notification, app and etc.)
- Drive customers acquisition through Data, Martech and Media; turning anonymous data, secondary data and syndicated data sources into the brand’s 1st party data, or in-feed to Media for better and sharper audience targeting
- Define and manage customers segmentations for CRM and Loyalty Program effectiveness. Able to reconfigure segment to have a complete view of customers foot-print and purchasing behaviour across omni-channels for more effective deployment of sales-driving initiatives, media, CRM and Loyalty program to meet the rapid change in customer behaviour and Marketing Promo
- Decide the appropriate KPI and evaluate campaign performance and develop recommendations at a customers’ level, segmentations’ level and campaign level
- Monitor latest market trends and develop campaigns to constantly be relevant and drive brand and revenue growth
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing or related field
with minimum 5 years of CRM & loyalty experience and come from either FMCG or F&B Retail background - Open to candidates that started their CRM career from agency background and then moved principal side and have ownership of the brand
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa for stakeholder management
- Business savvy, understand strategic implications and able to develop strategies and actionable plans according to directions set for brand
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in crm management, customers journey mapping and e-commerce
