CRM EXECUTIVE

You will be based in the Customer Care Department to plan and coordinate the delivery of vacant possession (VP), monitoring and follow up of defects rectification work to ensure timely completion to meet customers' needs and expectations.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Overall person-in-charge in ensuring proper planning and preparation of checklists and documentation in accordance for delivery of VP / handing over to purchasers.
2. Lead and ensure delivery of quality handover and customer services for VP.
3. Handle general enquiries and complaints on handover and defect rectification and take follow-up actions.
4. Monitor status of overall projects defects rectification work are completed within the stipulated period and to provide feedback on the performance of the sub-contractors.
5. Prepare periodical report on the status of defects rectification work and to generate reports.
6. To ensure proper and effective documentation and filing system.
7. To initiate and participate in pre-delivery inspection & leading the readiness inspection to perform quality and compliance checks on materials and workmanship ensuring defects detected are rectified and closed off by relevant departments before delivery of vacant possession.
8. Assist to develop, implement, and review procedures to further enhance the standard and quality of products and services.
9. Assist MC preparations and documentation.
10. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
11. Work closely with Project Team, Maintenance Engineering Team, and Security Team to ensure the facilities of the building are well maintained.
12. Build a good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services.

REQUIREMENT :

1. Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Marketing / Business or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the customer service sector of a property development company.
3. Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and results oriented.
4. Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills.
5. Good communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English.
6. Experience in handing over of houses and maintaining the security and common facilities of a gated and guarded community will be an added advantage.
