Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled CRM Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in Dynamics CRM (cloud and on-premises), experience in end-user support, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.

Experience Level:

  • Experienced: 2–6 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, including user support.
  • Senior: More than 6 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, with proven experience supporting end users.

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and support, with strong focus on cloud versions and understanding of on-premises environments.
  • Proficiency in custom development using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, custom entities, and business process flows.
  • Good understanding of system configuration, including forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with internal and third-party systems via APIs, web services, and data migration tools.
  • Strong data management skills (imports, exports, migration, and data integrity).
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure CRM to meet evolving business requirements and optimize user experience.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for both cloud-based and on-premises Dynamics environments, including troubleshooting user and system issues.
  • Integration: Implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration and ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize CRM performance and enhance business workflows.
