DKSH Malaysia is hiring a Crew Member, Outlet Operations to deliver a welcoming customer experience, maintain product quality and store cleanliness, and support daily outlet operations.

You will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a six-day week, with comprehensive training provided for school leavers. Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English are required to communicate with customers and colleagues; you must be based at assigned outlet locations.

About The Role

The Crew Member, Outlet Operations is an essential part of DKSH's retail outlet team, delivering a welcoming customer experience and maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by supporting daily outlet operations and creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
