Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Credit Recovery Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts in a professional, ethical, and timely manner. This role is vital in ensuring healthy cash flow and maintaining good client relationships.



Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone communication to follow up on outstanding payments.

Negotiate payment arrangements and provide appropriate repayment solutions.

Monitor and manage assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment activity using internal systems (e.g., Volare system).

Achieve monthly recovery targets



Requirements:

negotiation in Malay or English and interpersonal skills is advantage

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and calmly.

Minimum basic computer knowledge

Able to work independently and in a team environment.
