SUN GATE CREDIT SDN BHD is seeking a Collections Manager to lead end-to-end recovery for delinquent accounts, segment customers by risk, and oversee both in-house and external recovery partners.

The role requires 4–6 years in credit recovery or risk strategy, strong knowledge of collection laws, data analysis using Excel, and proven leadership to drive compliant, high-performance recovery programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Admin, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in credit recovery, collections, or credit risk strategy.
• Strong understanding of collection laws, credit scoring, and debt recovery processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing legal recoveries or external recovery vendors.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end recovery for delinquent and defaulted accounts.
• Segment customers by risk, delinquency age, and recovery potential.
• Oversee in-house and outsourced recovery teams, including legal partners where applicable.
• Ensure repayment plans are structured, monitored, and followed.
• Track and report key metrics related to recovery performance and losses.
• Design, implement, and refine tiered collections strategies.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to implement automated tools (SMS/email reminders, robot-dialers).
• Optimize collection scripts, customer engagement strategies, and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate with credit risk, legal, and customer support teams to close feedback loops.
• Provide training and guidance to collection teams on strategy execution and customer interaction.
• Support the design and deployment of internal dashboards and reports for collections insights.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with lending laws and consumer protection regulations.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for recovery actions and legal cases.
