Job summary

Allianz is seeking a diligent Credit Unit Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support credit control and collection activities within Corporate Business. You will extract data weekly, generate monthly tracking, and assist in reporting for monthly meetings.

You will supervise accounts receivable within aging tolerance, issue receipts and reconcile accounts, and handle other duties as assigned by your supervisor or Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes

Responsibilities

• Extract data via EIS on weekly basis and generate monthly tracking file (collection and unmatched transactions) to Corporate Business marketers for follow up and matching
• Assist in preparing report updates for monthly meeting with Credit Recoveries
• Supervise accounts receivable to maintain within tolerance age band and to mitigate them from turning into impairment or turning bad
• Issuance of official receipts, journals, accounts reconciliation
• Any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or HOD
