Boost Credit is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Executive to support the operational and processing functions of our lending products, including PayFlex (Buy Now, Pay Later) and SME Financing. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of credit facilities, compliance with internal credit policies, and seamless day-to-day credit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lending Disbursement Support (SME & Other Products):
- Support the disbursement processing of SME and other lending facilities offered by Boost Credit.
- Ensure all disbursement activities are accurately processed, documented, and in line with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-check supporting documents for completeness and escalate discrepancies where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Credit Risk, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth processing of loan drawdowns.
- Maintain up-to-date records of disbursements for audit, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.
PayFlex (BNPL) Operations Support:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the PayFlex BNPL service, including validation, funding, and transaction updates.
- Monitor transaction discrepancies and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Support intercompany settlement and cancellation processes in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure PayFlex financing applications are processed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adhere to Boost Credit’s BNPL policies, credit guidelines, and operating procedures.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of key operational metrics across lending and PayFlex services.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation to support compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support periodic internal checks to ensure all activities remain within approved frameworks.
System and Process Enhancement:
- Participate in UAT testing or feedback loops for system improvements related to both SME lending and PayFlex processes.
- Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs periodically to reflect operational or policy changes.
Credit Insurance Support:
- Assist with the processing and reconciliation of daily insurance sales data.
- Validate billing details from insurance partners (e.g., Great Eastern Life, General & Takaful).
- Support internal and external enquiries related to Boost Credit Insurance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in credit operations, preferably in BNPL, SME lending, or similar financial services.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with credit processing cycles, disbursement flows, and basic accounting entries.
