Be Our Credit Operation & Recovery Officer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Credit Operation & Recovery Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining strong communication with customers. You will play a key role in supporting the credit control functions and improving cash flow efficiency.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia’s Future?

Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.

Follow up with customers via calls, emails, or messaging platforms regarding overdue payments.

Negotiate payment arrangements and offer solutions for delinquent accounts.

Analyze customer payment behavior and escalate high-risk accounts when necessary.

Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system.

Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve billing disputes and customer queries.

Assist in the preparation of collection reports and recovery performance tracking.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and data protection regulations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in credit operations and collection strategies.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in credit collection or recovery. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with collection/CRM tools.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
