The Credit Management Executive (Data Analyst & Automation Specialist) will be responsible for analysing large datasets, designing interactive dashboards, and automating data workflows to improve business processes and decision-making. We are seeking to hire someone with experience in leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath to streamline data processes and create efficient automation solutions.

Make an Impact by:

• Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business goals.
• Designing and developing interactive and dynamic dashboards that allow stakeholders to explore data easily. Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to create visually appealing and user-friendly reports.
• Preparing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics. Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintaining and updating data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports.
• Working with business leaders and departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
• Developing automated processes to streamline data collection, reporting, and dashboard updates.
• Staying up to date with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve data processes and visualization techniques.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for dashboard users and assisting in resolving data discrepancies or issues.

Skills for Success:

• A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent from a reputable institution (Minimum GPA of 3.0).
• Possess minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for developing dashboards, applications, and automated workflows.
• Experience with UiPath or other robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modelling, machine learning) is a plus.
• Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with data preparation and analysis tools like Excel, Python, or R.
• Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in Project Management is recommended.
