Job Summary

The Credit Control Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's credit policies and accounts receivable processes. This role ensures timely collection of payments, maintains accurate financial records, and supports the overall cash flow of the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining the billing system.
  • Generating invoices and account statements.
  • Performing account and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
  • Assisting in the general financial management and analysis.
  • Perform administrative task & support - sorting letters, filing of documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accounting or in related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Good command of English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • A keen eye for detail, an ability to work independently, the ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company, hardworking, responsible and have positive attitude.
