Job description

You will engage and support business units to understand the business scenario to support sales activities and manage the company's risk. You will report directly to the Credit Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of credit and collection functions with clear communication at all levels.
  2. Support the success of key projects related to the credit and collections function.
  3. Contribute to the company's profitability by implementing optimal credit limits and analyzing customers’ operational activities and financial status.
  4. Maintain close communication with the Business Team to ensure reliable information exchange and uphold customer credibility.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years of credit collection experience.
  2. Ability to conduct collection activities professionally to meet targets.
  3. Strong financial and market knowledge to perform credit analysis; multi-national experience is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel for accurate and timely reporting.
  5. Flexibility to support weekend and out-of-office hours as needed.
  6. Willingness to undertake additional tasks or job reshuffling as required by the department manager.
  7. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication skills.
