Job Description

Contact and negotiate with customers for repayment, payment plans, or settlement offers

Maintain accurate records of calls, agreements, and follow-ups

Escalate difficult or high-risk cases for further action

Achieve monthly individual collection KPIs and recovery targets

Deliver professional and respectful service, even in challenging situations

Identify process improvements and share feedback to enhance collection performance

Minimum 1 year of experience in collection, account receivable or customer service

Bonus: have experience in personal financing, EPP, or business/product financing

Result driven: proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Organized, detail-oriented, persistent and work well under pressure

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
