A leading global MNC in the Shared Services market is seeking a Credit and Collection Supervisor. The role involves managing a team while ensuring adherence to group policies, fostering a strong customer service culture, and facilitating team performance. Candidates should have substantial experience in Credit and Collection, along with familiarity with SAP.
To ensure the execution of credit and collection processes and functions, including managing Credit Controllers across companies, whilst ensuring adherence to the Group's policies and procedures.

Description
* Supervise Credit and Collection team through ongoing mentoring and training.
* Maintain documentation on Credit and Collection procedures.
* Be a "super user" within the team, providing expert knowledge and hands-on
support.
* Ensure process deadlines are met according to SLAs.
* Identify and nominate the appropriate training to achieve individual and
company aspirations in line with Local HR learning and development strategy.
* Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance
* Cultivate customer service culture in team
* Organize and conduct regular meetings and communications with team members
* Conduct team members' performance evaluation and review
* Train new team members and share knowledge and job experience
* Set Performance Objectives with direct reports
* Counsel team members on performance improvement and career development
* Resolve management team conflict with sensitivity, tact and fairness
* Ensure balanced workload for team members
* Assist HR dept in recruitment process
