Job description

Credit Collection Officer - JSK Property Development Division

JSK Group is poised to launch new property development projects along with various hospitality and tourism initiatives in Sabah. Due to rapid business expansion, JSK Group of Companies is seeking dedicated and competent personnel to join our management team.

Exposure to the property development industry is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in all activities, functions, and related matters of the Credit Collection department.
  • Ensure property loan applications and processing activities are performed as required.
  • Handle SPA signing, billings, correspondence, documentation, and customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate the completion of SPA and loan documentation to enable bank loan draw-downs.
  • Manage credit administration and control functions, generate progress billing/reminders, and follow up on outstanding amounts.
  • Attend to correspondence from purchasers, solicitors, and bankers promptly and reply when necessary.
  • Monitor payments due and ensure collection within specified timeframes.
  • Prepare relevant documentation per departmental requirements.
  • Submit timely reports.
  • Liaise with purchasers on Sale & Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, and related documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents under your charge.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Exposure to the property development industry is a prerequisite.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in IT and ISO standards.
