We are hiring a Credit Card Customer Acquisition Executive in Johor. Join a reputable outsource agency working with an international bank, with extensive experience in achieving targets and conducting roadshows.

About the job

Salary: RM2000 - RM3000 + Uncapped Attractive Commission

Responsibilities

1. Actively promote and sell bank credit card products at events and roadshows nationwide, generating new leads for acquisition.
2. Provide professional advice on credit requirements, product features, and benefits of credit cards.
3. Develop and expand the customer base and card deals through referrals to achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Verify customer documents for credit card applications and ensure complete submission.
5. Provide after-sales service to card members and respond promptly to customer requests or complaints.
6. This is a sales position with clearly defined sales targets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or SPM holders interested in a sales career are welcome to apply.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
