Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in credit admin, billings and collections in the property development industry.

Strong understanding of loan processes, end-financing, billing cycles and credit risk management.

Proven track record in achieving collection targets and resolving delinquent accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
