Are you a visionary designer with a passion for retail storytelling and brand-building?
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Creative Designer Lead/Senior Graphic Designer to define and elevate the visual language of our brand across every customer touchpoint.
This role requires a strong eye for design, hands-on capability in graphic & video production, and leadership skills to manage and mentor a small in-house creative team.
As our in-house creative champion, you’ll blend big-picture thinking with hands-on design execution, bringing to life campaign ideas, promotional visuals, in-store experiences, and online content that connect with our core audience: parents and young families. You’ll lead the design direction across platforms, including social media, e-commerce, POSM, printed collateral, window displays, and corporate branding; ensuring everything we create is beautiful, consistent, and purpose-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Leadership
- Lead the overall creative direction for marketing campaigns & collaterals, product launches, retail activations, social, digital and all other graphic/creative related matters as required.
- Conceptualise and produce high-quality visuals that reflect brand positioning and align with business goals.
- Oversee, develop and maintain brand consistence across retail, digital, and trade communications.
- Organise workflows and prioritise team tasks based on deadlines and the marketing calendar
- Review all creatives/assets created by the team, ensuring that deliverables address business needs
- Oversee the presentation of final artwork/creatives and obtain approvals for deliverables
Retail Operations & In-Store Marketing
- Design and oversee production of all collaterals and point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional signage, in-store lightboxes/high level graphics, event collaterals, catalogues and window displays/glass decals.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operation/Retail team to support campaigns and in-store experience enhancement
Digital & Social Content
- Working with e-comm team to create visually engaging content for e-commerce websites, paid digital media, email marketing, and marketplaces platforms.
- Shoot, and edit short-form videos/reels for social media platforms and all other social media related assets
Trade, Corporate & Distribution Marketing
- Design product sell-in decks, catalogs, brochures, trade show visuals/POSM and B2B promotional materials to support distribution sales and retail partners.
- Ensure all partner-facing materials reflect a consistent brand image and adhere to brand guidelines.
- All corporate related artwork and lead corporate brand direction
Collaboration & Production
- Liaise with printers, agencies, and production houses to deliver quality outputs on time and within budget.
- Supervise design schedules, prioritize projects, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Team Management & Development
- Mentor junior designer, fostering creativity, skill development, and team collaboration.
- Provide art direction, feedback, and support to maintain high standards in creative output
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Timely delivery of all campaign creative materials across all channels.
- High-quality, brand-consistent output across all retail and trade visuals.
- Smooth execution and rollout of in-store marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Positive internal feedback from stakeholders (marketing, retail, distribution, and e-commerce teams).
- Effective management and upskilling of junior designers.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to turn briefs into high-impact visuals.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with production processes for print, signage, and digital platforms.
- Experienced in video shooting and editing for digital/social media.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing design versatility across digital, print, and video formats is required.
