Wayang Pictures — a Creative house that builds film, branding, and F&B campaigns — is looking for a Creative Lead to assist the Creative Director in managing all creative output across multiple exciting brands.

Qualifications
  • A creative thinker with strong art & design sense
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or related fields
  • Experience in content creation, design coordination, or creative project management
  • Proactive, organised, and able to multitask under tight timelines
  • You don’t just follow instructions — you bring ideas to the table
  • Able to lead small teams and take ownership of projects
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin preferred (due to the requirement of managing Non-Halal brands)
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Creative Director across all creative and strategic tasks
  • Assist in creative direction, campaign planning, and client-facing decks
  • Oversee creative production quality — including work from content creators, designers, and videographers
  • Project manage creative timelines, shoot days, and ensure client expectations are aligned
  • Maintain high standards in visual direction, design thinking, and brand storytelling
  • Capable of building and presenting decks (for internal, client, or pitching use)
  • Stay on top of social media trends, content formats and design sensibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to shape campaigns that convert
  • Bonus if you have F&B (non-halal) or lifestyle brand experience
  • Able to direct or supervise video production is a plus
