Job summary

YKL Capital Sdn Bhd seeks a creative Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts for property development projects, including brochures, signage, and digital content. You will maintain branding, produce visuals for marketing campaigns, and collaborate with leasing and development teams.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and video editing tools. Travel to sites is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience; strong portfolios may be considered.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent; experience in video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual materials for property development projects.
• Design brochures, e-pamphlets, presentations, banners, hoardings, signages, advertisements, and leasing materials.
• Prepare project visualisations, mood boards, floor plans, and marketing presentation materials.
• Maintain and develop YKL Capital’s corporate branding and visual identity.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across company and project materials.
• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and company websites.
• Produce social media artwork, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
• Plan and develop creative content for property development projects, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Edit photographs, videos, and other digital content independently.
• Update company and property development website / CMS content.
• Conduct regular site photography and videography to showcase construction progress and completed developments.
• Capture project, property, event, and corporate content for marketing and digital communication purposes.
• Attend development sites to understand projects and capture relevant visual content.
• Develop creative materials for project launches, events, campaigns, and tenant activations.
• Support leasing and tenant marketing through tenant announcements, promotional artwork, and project marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Property Development, Leasing, consultants, contractors, and external partners.
• Understand project requirements and translate property information into effective visual and marketing materials.
• Support other creative and marketing activities as required.

• Property development, architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel to property development sites when required.
