A leading company in media production seeks a Creative Executive with a solid background in video production, editing, and live streaming. The role involves handling production setups, managing schedules, and collaborating across departments to ensure high-quality outputs. 1. Content Ideation and Concept Development
• Propose creative concepts and storyboards for media productions, including corporate videos, event coverage, and digital content.
• Develop production strategies aligned with project objectives and target audience engagement.
2. Technical Setup and Operation
• Lead setup and operation of cameras, audio systems, lighting, switchers (e.g., ATEM, vMix, OBS) and live streaming equipment.
• Configure, test, and optimize all production equipment before production activities.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues during live and recorded productions.
3. Video Production and Editing
• Plan storyboards, shooting, and editing of various video productions including events, corporate media, internal communication content, and promotional videos.
• Ensure all video outputs meet technical quality standards in visual, audio, and editing execution.
4. Production Support and Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand project needs and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with external production vendors, freelancers, and technical crews to deliver high-quality media outputs.
• Act as the main production liaison between creative vision and technical execution.
5. Equipment Management and Maintenance
• Manage production equipment inventory including cameras, recording devices, lighting, audio gear, cabling, and streaming hardware.
• Schedule regular maintenance, servicing, and propose necessary upgrades to meet growing production needs
6. Project Management
• Manage production schedules, crew assignments, shooting timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Organize and maintain production files, backups, and assets with proper documentation and systemized storage.
7. Quality Assurance
• Conduct technical quality checks on recordings and live streams to ensure consistent high standards.
• Implement pre-event and post-production review processes to identify improvements
8. Trend Monitoring and Idea Refreshing
• Research latest media production trends, creative content strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Propose innovative ideas for enhancing production quality, storytelling techniques, and technical workflow efficiency.
9. Technical Support and Coordination
• Assist and guide technical crews, camera operators, and production crew during production setups, live broadcasts, and events.
• Provide operational support, technical knowledge sharing, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth team execution during shoots and productions.
10. Safety and Compliance
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols for on-site production setups, electrical handling, and crew operations.
• Ensure all live broadcasts and media productions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, Film, or related field.
2–4 years experience in video production, editing, and live streaming.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, OBS, ATEM, vMix.
Strong storytelling instincts, technical aptitude, and project management skills.
A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
