CREATIVE DIRECTOR (PENANG) – Multi-Venture Corporate Group

The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Creative Director to define and lead the creative and visual strategy across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a unified brand identity across hospitality, tourism, and entertainment ventures, directing a high-performing team, and ensuring all creative outputs support the group’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement creative strategies that align with the corporate vision and business goals across hospitality, tourism, and entertainment projects
  • Lead and mentor creative teams to achieve excellence in design, branding, marketing, and digital communications
  • Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders (Mandarin proficiency advantageous)
  • Ensure brand consistency and premium messaging across all platforms and guest/visitor touchpoints
  • Drive creative innovation, integrating both traditional hospitality branding and digital/virtual entertainment experiences

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-end branding and campaigns
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop creative teams
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for effective collaboration with international partners
  • Availability to commence at the earliest possible date
