Creative Designer (Landing Pages | Ads | Short-Form Video)

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with international brands and ambitious e-commerce businesses across the UK, Italy, and Europe. We're performance-driven but creativity-led — and we're looking for a multi-talented designer who’s just as passionate about design that converts as they are about great storytelling.

This role is ideal for a creative who loves variety — one day you're designing a sleek landing page, the next you're editing a snappy TikTok ad or creating scroll-stopping graphics for Meta campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design high-converting landing pages in Figma, Webflow, or similar tools

Create bold, attention-grabbing graphics for ads, social media, and brand campaigns

Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta

Collaborate with creatives and marketers to brainstorm and develop concepts

Understand audience behavior in the UK & Europe to tailor creative strategies

Deliver assets that drive performance and align with campaign KPIs

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience (freelance or agency) in design-related roles

A solid portfolio featuring landing pages, digital ads, and video content

Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

A marketing-savvy mindset — you understand funnels, user psychology, and how to sell through design

Proactive, independent, and able to deliver quality work on tight timelines

Bonus points if you’ve worked with UK or EU brands or audiences

Nice to Have

Motion graphics or animation experience

Knowledge of A/B testing creative assets

Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
