Job summary

Star Media Group is seeking a Creative Designer & Content Creator in Malaysia to transform big ideas into visual realities across print and digital platforms. You will balance high-impact proposals with precise final artwork execution.

You will conceptualize visuals, manage the full creative workflow, and produce video content for social media, while planning to meet all deadlines and deliver high-quality campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Digital Marketing.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visuals for client proposals, mock-ups, digital assets, and house ads.
• Manage full workflow from sketches to final artwork, ensuring print specs are met.
• Create and edit video content for social media.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and clear backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a diverse range of visuals, from client proposals and mock-ups to digital assets and house ads for corporate campaigns.
• Manage the full workflow from initial visual sketches to final artwork, ensuring technical specs like offset printing are pitch-perfect.
• Create and edit video content for social media.
• Plan and prioritize job functions to ensure all creative backlogs are promptly cleared and deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications

• A Degree in a related discipline such as Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Digital Marketing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ideally, you have 1 year of related work experience.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, and Capcut, or other relevant software.
