Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating project and corporate marketing materials such as publication design, social media content, printed materials, project presentation slides, website design or updates, and any other tools required by management.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute creative ideas for web and graphic design projects.
- Manage multiple projects with different deadlines and assist with related tasks as assigned.
- Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and project specifications.
- Work with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when necessary.
- Handle creative projects assigned by your supervisor, including those from other companies within the group.
- Collaborate closely with directors or marketing managers.
Job Requirements/Skills
- Diploma or higher in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), After Effects, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience in UI/UX design or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Skills in photo and video shooting and editing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics, with a design-driven approach.
- Previous experience in the property industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external interactions.
- Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and work effectively with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Flexibility to adapt to various project requirements within the group of companies.
