Job description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time Creative Designer role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing and event management efforts in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs that captivate our audience and support the delivery of successful events.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualize and design impactful marketing materials, including event collaterals, digital assets, and print media
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually striking designs
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's visual identity
• Provide design support for event planning and execution, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing experience
• Manage project timelines and work efficiently to deliver high-quality designs within set deadlines

What we're looking for

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar creative design role, preferably in the event management or marketing industry
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
