Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative Design Intern to support packaging designs, product artwork and marketing materials in a fast-paced setting. You will gain hands-on experience across branding, packaging and print production, building a strong portfolio while collaborating with internal teams and translating business goals into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree student in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; strong layout and typography skills.
• Understanding of branding, packaging artwork preparation, and print processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing product packaging, labels, and artwork in accordance with brand guidelines and printing requirements.
• Develop creative marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, point-of-sale materials (POSM), flyers, and presentation decks.
• Support the creation and adaptation of branding assets across various touchpoints.
• Prepare design files for production and coordinate revisions to ensure artwork accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Research design trends, materials, and packaging innovations to contribute fresh creative ideas.

About the role

• Support the creation and adaptation of branding assets across various touchpoints.

Requirement(s):

• Diploma or Degree student in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.


• Understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.


• Knowledge of packaging artwork preparation and print production processes is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced working environment.


• Portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or personal creative work is preferred.
