About the Role:

We're looking for a versatile and dynamic Creative Copywriter with strong Bahasa Malaysia copywriting skills to join our team. English copywriting will be a valuable bonus. You'll be a key player in shaping our brand's voice, primarily through captivating scriptwriting and engaging video & audio production. This role extends beyond traditional copywriting, offering opportunities to explore diverse creative avenues such as jingle lyrics writing and even contributing your vocals for our jingles.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling copy for all communication channels, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and tone.
  • Priority on BM copywriting; English copywriting would be a valuable bonus for stronger consideration.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and impactful ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conceptualize, write, and execute creative concepts for campaigns, videos, social media, radio, out-of-home, and digital content, contributing to impactful storytelling.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts persuasively to internal teams and management.
  • Meticulously proofread materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-4 years of experience as a copywriter within the advertising industry, ideally with a strong digital foundation
  • Experience with copywriting on various mediums such as TV, radio, digital, OOH and social media
  • A passion for and/or experience in scriptwriting is highly desirable
  • Strong imagination and able to ideate creatively on assigned mediums under pressure within given deadlines
  • Exceptional fluency in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and open to refining ideas based on project briefs
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A receptive and humble attitude, with the ability to handle feedback constructively
