Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Creative Media, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience in producing videos, graphics, and social media content across multiple platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling and social media analytics tools.
• Experience supporting events and creating real-time digital content coverage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging videos, graphics, thumbnails, and storyboards for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly captions and assist in developing platform-appropriate written content.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to campaign timelines and content calendars.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute innovative content ideas regularly.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on insights and audience engagement.
• Support marketing events through on-site content creation and content coverage.

• Collaborate with team members and support departmental activities when required.
• Engage with audiences across social media channels and respond to trending topics to increase interaction.
• Monitor and elevate customer feedback or service-related issues to the relevant team when necessary.
