Job summary

VitaHealth Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead to plan, manage and execute social media and digital strategies across multiple platforms, building a strong brand position.

You will create engaging content, coordinate campaigns with sales, monitor performance, and report insights to boost brand visibility. Travel for outstation campaigns may be required; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute social media and digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content, including captions, visuals, short videos, and campaign ideas.
• Build and maintain strong brand positioning and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and market trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams for marketing activities.
• Manage social media calendars, content scheduling, and campaign reporting.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, influencers, and consumer behaviour.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and brand visibility.
