Job summary

FedEx Express in Penang is seeking a Courier for a 2-year contract. You will perform pick-up and delivery duties, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely service while delivering professional customer support to clients.

Requirements include SPM or equivalent, a Class E Driving Licence, a clean driving record, and the ability to work rotating shifts including overtime. Training and on-site operations support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick-up and delivery activities in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions.
• Handle, pack, load, and unload shipments in accordance with operational and safety standards.
• Ensure shipment documentation, scanning, and delivery records are completed accurately.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
