Job summary

Pfizer Malaysia is seeking a Country Brand Manager for Adult Vaccines to drive local execution in line with global brand direction. You will coordinate tactical plans, omnichannel programs, field-force enablement, and budget tracking, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

This execution-focused role supports, but does not own, long-range portfolio strategy. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand direction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or commercial execution.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in marketing execution, customer engagement, project coordination, or field-force support within the healthcare industry.
• Strong execution mindset with good attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work across matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into local tactical plans, execution timelines, and trackers.
• Coordinate approved HCP, patient, customer engagement, omnichannel, and educational initiatives.
• Support development, review, approval routing, and deployment of promotional materials, training resources, FAQs, and field tools.
• Track A&P budget, purchase orders, activity spend, KPIs, and agreed performance indicators.
• Coordinate with field teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Supply, Finance, and other stakeholders for execution readiness.
