Job Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets set by PSA BDP.
  • Lead and grow the sales team to surpass targets.
  • Develop and implement local market sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and stay updated on industry regulations and economic factors affecting the sector.
  • Generate leads proactively through cold calling, conferences, networking, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in freight forwarding, transportation, contract logistics, and multimodal solutions to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as shippers, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored logistics solutions.
  • Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Provide sales performance reports and updates to management.
  • Manage the RFQ process from start to finish with a results-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments for seamless customer service.
Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Strong sales hunter mindset with a drive to pursue and close new business.
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related freight industry experience; additional certifications are a plus.
  • High-impact B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Success in competitive environments, with notable achievements.
  • Experience in freight transportation, contract logistics, and international sales, with knowledge of Air and Ocean Freight preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
