Role Details of Country Sales Manager: (Male preferred)

The Country Sales Manager would oversee general management for a specific country. This role acts as a key liaison between field staff (branches, franchisees, partners) and Head Office to ensure high-quality service for students, maintaining KC Overseas’s reputation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all field offices for end-to-end student walk-ins to conversions, with specific regional targets.
  • Understanding business models and SOPs, conducting field visits, and coordinating with Head Office and HR for regional setup.
  • Facilitating communication between Business Units and field offices to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring process efficiency, quality of service, and staff training.
  • Supporting regional marketing activities in coordination with Head of Marketing.

Experience as a Country Sales Manager in the Overseas Education industry.
